A skincare routine is recommended for both day time and night as our skin need sunscreen in the morning time (and throughout the day) and repairing skincare during the night.   3. Protection: Make sun protection a priority. Use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily to protect your skin from harmful UV rays, which can cause premature aging. Fun fact: Most sunscreens also have protection from blue light from phones as well as free radicals.
